Can I change my coach?

Absolutely. We want you to be 100% happy in your relationship with your coach. If you aren’t, just email support@trustle.co and we’ll find the right person for you.

I wish my coach’s responses were shorter/longer/more frequent/less frequent/more scientific/etc. How can I make that happen?

Every family is unique and wants something different from their coach. One of the wonderful things about Trustle is that you build a personal relationship with an expert who can provide what is right for you... IF you tell them. Your coach is excited to learn with you and to fine tune the services they provide you. If you ask them for something different, they will be more than happy to change.

If you have already asked them, or you don’t feel comfortable asking them, you can message support@trustle.co and we will help.

How often can I send a message?

All plans include unlimited messaging, so you can send messages as often as you wish! However, in order to get the most value from the service, we recommend you focus on one challenge/topic at a time. If you really have more than one burning question, challenge, or topic, you can have multiple discussions — just be prepared for your coach to encourage you to prioritize your goals.

Is there a set time of day I can message or email my coach?

No; message whenever you want. Your coach uses a separate platform to keep track of your discussions, so when you message them, it won’t go straight to their phone or wake them up in the middle of the night. If they are on the platform, they’ll see your messages straight away. Otherwise, they will be there for them the next time they log in.

Isn’t this overthinking things? Parenting is an innate thing.

No. Trustle’s goal is not to make you overthink every moment or decision; in fact, it’s the opposite. We want to take the pressure off and make being a parent more relaxed and enjoyable. We do this in two ways:

  1. By giving you the comfort that you have an expert at hand should something worry you. Imagine you could never access a primary care physician. You would probably worry about your health more, as you couldn’t differentiate between a cold and a serious illness.
  2. By helping you to think proactively about your goals and the environment you want to create for your family. By planning a bit in advance, you can then trust your overall vision and feel more confident going with the flow day-to-day.
Is this service just for children/families that have problems?

Absolutely not. While we hope to be a support for parents when there are challenges, we also strongly believe in the value of having a team in your corner when things are not so overwhelming. Think of it like the difference between treatment and wellness for your health: Treatment is important, but it’s better to focus on wellness.

Your coach and clinician will be there to help you think through what’s important to you and your family, and help you create an environment that supports these goals. Care about your child’s emotional development? Struggling to think through school choices? Just want to understand more about your child’s specific development? Your team knows you and knows child development, and they will be your family’s partner in working through these questions.
