Trustle’s mission is to give all parents the confidence and capacity to create the best environment for their child. We believe that there is no job that is simultaneously more rewarding and challenging than being a parent. Over the last few years, our understanding of child development has dramatically increased; at the same time, we are more disconnected from our extended families and support systems. Trustle is creating the 21st-century support system for parents – parallel to the pediatric system – for parents to take action on their child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
We’re a small team that takes collaboration and each other’s voices very seriously. Our mission is to support all parents in the crucial role of raising a child. It is therefore critical that our team is representative of the wider community and we place significant emphasis on ensuring diversity in our team and inclusion in our culture.
We were part of Y Combinator’s W20 batch and are backed by leading US and European VCs. We want to create an environment in which we can all be our best selves at work; use our strengths to take Trustle forward, and learn and develop our own skills. We want to have fun while working hard to do impactful things that we’re proud of – we believe it’s possible to do both.
You love setting up infrastructure from scratch and maintaining a modern web stack, but you’re ready to dive into different parts of the platform whenever necessary. You like to follow good development practice and put a priority on making sure you and the rest of the team write well-maintainable code, but you’re enough of a hacker to move quickly when warranted. You’re comfortable managing DevOps where needed.
You thrive working in a fast-paced early-stage environment. Most importantly, you’re excited about making an impact on child development at scale.
